Method and limits
Every figure here is aggregate. Nothing on this page is derived from an identifiable person, and individual responses are never published, sold or shown to an employer.
No norms are published until at least 300 valid profiles have been collected, and no aggregate read is published below that floor either. Percentiles stay suppressed until observed norms exist. Means are computed in z-space and converted to the 0–100 display scale once, at the end, with the interval the sample supports.
Team-level figures only appear once at least five people from an organisation have completed, and the threshold is enforced server-side.
