A leadership team is not the sum of six good profiles
Most assessment programmes stop at the individual and leave the group dynamic to a facilitator's intuition. Equilibrium computes five team indices from the same sitting today, with one more in development, so the conversation starts from evidence instead of anecdote.

Not the mean, the distribution. A team can average 'safe' while a third of it isn't.
Role coverage
Nine contribution roles. Which are doubled up, which are vacant, and what that tends to look like when decisions stall.
Cognitive diversity
Spread of decision styles across eighteen facets. Reported against provisional norms, so read the band rather than the decimal.
Risk density
Pressure tendencies by tenure band, pooled so no dimension is ever attached to a person.
In development, not yet available
This one appears in the dashboard as an explicit “not yet available” state. It is never shown as a zero or an estimated number.
Energy concentration
What motivates the group versus what the work demands. The driver items are forced-choice and need a calibration we have not yet collected, so this reports as not yet available.
How a rollout runs
Four weeks, start to debrief
Week 1, Configure
Set the campaign, the region's compliance mode and the consent text. Nothing collects until this is signed off.
Week 2, Assess
About 50 minutes per person across seven resumable modules, on any device, with a resume code valid for a fortnight. Participants see their own full report first.
Week 3, Aggregate
Team indices unlock at five completed valid sessions. Below that the dashboard stays suppressed.
Week 4, Debrief
Work the findings with your facilitator or ours. Exports carry a named reviewer and a rationale.
