ApplyAI is the free consumer profile built on Equilibrium, developed by Adopt AI in Australia. Adopt AI Co and Apply AI Co are trading names of AJILITY PTY LTD, ABN 39 649 782 427. Neither is related to the Australian Government AI Adopt Program, to AdOPT AI Pty Ltd, or to any job-application tool.

What Equilibrium is
Equilibrium is the psychometric measurement engine behind the free ApplyAI profile and the Adopt AI team products. It measures how a team adapts to AI at work. Every score carries its confidence band, norms and item parameters are versioned, and team reporting starts at five people. Outputs are advisory.
Pilot status
Equilibrium is in pilot. The reliability figures currently drawing score bands are documented placeholders in a provisional norm table, set so bands come out wider rather than narrower. Observed values replace them as pilot data accrues.
